Customer complaint about Rheinbahn ticket machines

For complaints about ticket machines, like:

  • You have inserted cash, you got the ticket, but no change or not sufficient change
  • You have inserted cash, but got neither ticket nor cash returned
  • You have inserted cash, but only got a blank or incomplete ticket

Please note: we can only work out incidents on Rheinbahn ticket machines . If you have any problems with ticket machines of the Deutsche Bahn AG , please call +49.(0)1803-235959 or visit the travel center between the stairway to platforms 7 and 9 at Düsseldorf main station.

After completing and signing the claim, send it together with existing tickets within 14 days to the following address:
Rheinbahn, Fahrgastbediengeräte, Hansaallee 1, 40549 Düsseldorf
